Southbend, HDG-60, Griddle, Gas, Countertop, Heavy-Duty, 60″ W

The Counterline Heavy Duty Thermostatic Gas Griddle is engineered for precision, power, and performance in high-demand commercial kitchens. With a 30,000 BTU burner per 12″ section and a 1″ thick polished rolled steel plate, this griddle delivers rapid, uniform heat across the surface—thanks to the exclusive “NO COLD” Zone technology. The “Insta-on” thermostatic controls allow for accurate temperature settings from 200F to 550F, supported by an embedded load-sensing thermostat for consistent cooking performance across shifts. Built to last, this 60″ gas griddle features a stainless steel front, vent, and sides with aluminized steel rear and bottom panels for added durability and corrosion resistance. The reinforced, insulated double-wall sides help retain heat and boost efficiency, while the large-capacity grease drawer and fully welded griddle plate make cleanup easy. With electronic spark ignition, flame failure safety device, and high splash guards for added protection, this griddle is ideal for restaurants, diners, and food trucks that demand reliable results and rugged construction.
