Atosa CookRite 50 lb ENERGY STAR certified gas deep fryer with a welded stainless steel tank and four 22,000 BTU burners. A millivolt thermostat requiring no electrical connection holds temperature automatically between 200F and 400F, and the tank’s oil cooling zone captures food particles to extend oil life. Two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles, wire mesh crumb screen, basket hanger and four casters standard.
