Atosa CookRite 40 lb ENERGY STAR certified gas deep fryer with a welded stainless steel tank and three 22,000 BTU burners. A millivolt thermostat requiring no electrical connection holds temperature automatically between 200F and 400F, and the tank’s oil cooling zone captures food particles to extend oil life. Safety valve with automatic voltage stabilising function, self-resetting high-limit device, two nickel-plated baskets, wire mesh crumb screen, basket hanger and four casters standard.
